CAVCON is a merit shop general contractor. This means we have the ability to match the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers for each job with the flexibility to handpick the most cost effective and efficient resources whether union or nonunion.

Clients’ needs vary and so do the services CAVCON provides. Each project has a unique problem to solve. CAVCON addresses those problems by providing a complete range of construction services including pre-construction feasibility to construction management. Project delivery methods include Design Build or traditional Design Bid Build.
